Hair Transformation and Deadlifting in Denver

Hmmm, I'm trying to decide what I should transform for contest #27.

It certainly won't be my hair, which is looking awesome these days.

So I'll think about it this weekend...

In the meantime, today's workout was fun.

1A) Deadlift
1B) Jump

2A) Front Squat
2B) Shrug

Had lots of interviews and phone calls again today. Tomorrow I head back to Toronto for the weekend, and then I jump back to Denver on Sunday night. Joel Marion is coming into town for a week, and we have some post-Olympic adventures planned.

Today's Kickbutt Mindset Tip:
The best thing you can do is to make everyone else around you better. Grow them, and you’ll grow too. Teach as much and as many as you can, for the teacher always learns more than the student. Get out of your comfort zone and connect with one new person every day. Take action and attract good people into your life and put more effort into making the people in your life better. You'll be better off in the end!

To your success,

Craig Ballantyne, CTT

PS - As you become more successful...

As you become more successful, you will receive more criticism. There’s no way around it. And so you must either build immunity to criticism or fold your tent and go home now. If you believe in what you are doing – and you better – then you should not worry what other people say. In fact, you should welcome criticism because when other people start taking aim at you it means that you are making an impact.

Don’t stop doing what is right. Don’t stop being successful. Don’t let anyone stop you from being you or promoting your products and services as hard as possible. After all, if what you are selling is good – and I know it is, because ETR readers are the best of the best – then you’ll have more customers than critics.

Besides, over 90% of the criticism you’ll receive will be from anonymous cowards who would never, ever say the same thing to your face. Their criticism is simply jealousy, and you need to let that slide like water off a duck’s back. Stay strong and focused on what really matters – helping other people by adding value to the world.
