Squat Push Pull and Steak Dinner in Vegas

Great dinners in Vegas so far. Had the blackened cod at American Fish last night, and grass-fed ribeye at Jean Georges Steakhouse night before.

And just finished up a workout, now I'm watching the sun rise over Vegas from my 33rd floor hotel room. Looks great. Almost as entertaining as the lightning storm I watched the other night.

Today's workout was fantastic. Even better than the one we did at Randy Couture's gym the other day.

There were two squat-press-deadlift/pull style circuits.

1A) Barbell Front Squat - 8 reps
1B) 1-Arm Overhead DB Press - 6 reps per side
1C) Heavy DB Swings - 20 reps
I did 4 rounds.

2A) 1-leg squats - 6 reps per side
2B) Pushups to failure
2C) Pullups - 6 reps
Did 4 rounds.

Great times. Finished off with 2 mechanical drop sets of inverted rows.
