Up Early in Cleveland to Make Progress

If something is really important to you, then continue to make progress on it EVERY day.

"The best is first thing in the morning...but no matter what, make sure that before you go to bed at night, progress is made." - Craig "Up at 3am to write an essay before a workout before a 12-hour seminar" Ballantyne

That was after a fantastic dinner at Lolitas restaurant in Cleveland. Great steak, broccolini, and brussel sprouts. I could definitely go back there.

And some tough love from Coach:

"All right Mr, let me tell you what winning means… you’re willing to go longer, work harder, give more than anyone else." - Vincent Lombardi

Today's Kickbutt Mindset Tips:

“If you persist, nothing can stop you.” – Ted Nicholas

But...

"To get something you've never had, you have to do something you've never done."

That includes going after what makes life meaningful. Learn more about that here:

Keep on pushing,
