Minimalist Workout and Shake

It was a minimalist meathead Monday today. After yesterday’s beatdown by deadlifts and presses, today I’m just doing an easy bodyweight circuit for mobility.

By the way, if you’re really into the barefoot running stuff, here’s a study for you to check out:

"Minimalist shoe" running not the same as barefoot running

And finally, two shakes today. One was Minimalist. The other, MONSTROUS. Guess which one I preferred?

Shake
Today's SuperGreener blender drink to start the day:
- 8oz water
- Athletic Greens
- BioTrust vanilla cream protein
- 2 handfuls frozen spinach
- 1/2 cup broccoli

Followed by the chocolate peanut butter monster after training:
- 8oz water
- BioTrust milk chocolate protein
- 1 banana
- 1 giant scoop of peanut butter

Today’s Kickbutt
Share your goals with the RIGHT people - the ones who will encourage you,
motivate you, and connect you with others who will move you forward towards
your goals and dreams. And constantly take action - one step (baby or giant, doesn't matter) every day closer to your goals and dreams.

And finally, I wasn't "Minimalist" when I was on Amazon yesterday. Amazon wins again, 6-0. Books ordered today: Triumphs of Experience, Wherever You Go There You Are, Power of Habit, Found Money, The Wisdom of No Escape, and Comfortable with Uncertainty.
