Home Workout and Shake For You

Also tried a new protein powder...

It tasted salty, but had no salt in it. It did contain xylitol, a sugar alcohol. Maybe that was it?

It was otherwise "ok". I also have their vanilla and chocolate and will try those out.

Today's blender drink:
- 8oz water
- Jay Robb Strawberry Egg White protein powder
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 banana
- 2 handfuls spinach
- frozen strawberries

Had this with 1oz almonds, 1oz roasted mixed nuts, an apple, and 2 cups decaf Green Tea.
