Started the day with a quick kettlebell and bodyweight workout. It was only 12 minutes but non-stop, and legs are still tired a few hours later.

Today (in an hour) I'm flying to San Francisco. So I needed my arms to be fresh.

Once there, I'm taking the day to walk around, then a big meeting with trainers tomorrow, including soon-to-be-Certified-Turbulence-Trainer, Kate Vidulich of New York City.
