Deadlift Workout and Carbohydrate Checklist

Good training today. Lots of heavy lifting, but the right attitude went with me.

Never quit. If you stumble, get back up. And get social support to help you make it through the dip. Stay strong. There are many good people out there that want to help. Keep pushing, and never, ever, ever give up on something that is important to you.
