Chocolate Funky Bally Monkey

Despite all of the weekend filming, I still had a great strength session today. Tomorrow is another on-the-road day so I had to fit this lift in ahead of schedule. Good warm-up and technique kept me feeling good.

Today's workout: Hang Clean, Deadlift, Military Press, Good Mornings, and curlingz of the bizeps.

Post-workout blender drink was the "Chocolate Funky Bally Monkey": 8 ounces unsweetend Almond Breeze, 2 scoops BioTrust Milk Chocolate Protein, 1 frozen banana (or 1 regular banana and some ice cubes), and 1.5 tablespoons natural peanut butter.
