My training today: Hang Cleans, Deadlifts, Front Squat, Good Mornings. I use my Meathead style of training combined with Jim Wendler's 5-3-1. You can search "meathead" on www.ttfatloss.com for articles or check out Jim's articles

Success – It all starts with preparation and planning to avoid wrong people/environments/habits & to connect with the right people/environments/habits. Success is simple once you accept how difficult it is.

Success begins and ends with your personal responsibility. Success lives and dies with YOU and your ability to take action. Identify what needs to be done and take action today.

A productive morning starts with prioritizing and preparing the night before. It's one thing to make a to-do list - that's easy - but it's another thing to be properly prepared to attack each one of those items with efficiency and energy. Plan ahead.

If you want to be successful in anything...The best plan of action is to study what you want to be, hire one someone that is good at what you want to be and have them be your mentor, and then do whatever you want to be good at - a lot. If you believe in the 10,000 mastery rule, you have 10,000 hours of of your activity that you need to do.

And if you want to be a successful trainer, read this article on the 10 step guide to becoming a successful personal trainer:
