Been putting Bulgarian Split Squats in a lot more of my client's workouts recently. Evil, evil stuff.

Today's Additional Kick-Butt Mindset Tips:
Don't get upset by things you can't control. Go with the flow. Work on improving everything else. Don't take things personally. Keep on moving ahead.

You can't change your genetics, but you can change your attitude, your persistence, your environment, the people you listen to and hang around with, and the things you do. You can change, so if you want to, just get started.
