Q from Facebook: I am a long time follower of Dr. Mercola, and he recommends doing an interval training workout first thing in the morning before breakfast for maximum fat burning. I am trying to do what you suggested to me previously (focus on the most important thing the first 90 minutes of the day). What would be the next best time to workout?

Answer:
It doesn't matter. There has never been a study showing that working out first thing in the morning before breakfast leads to faster results than any other time of day. And plenty of world champion fitness models and bodybuilders have trained at all hours. He's making a big deal out of nothing. Not that there's anything wrong with training that way, but there's nothing magic about it either.

Q: First, thank you for the article you directed me to yesterday. Follow up question: "It became crystal clear to me that I should never do my own stock picking. That would be a fool's errand." For others that are also not interested in picking their own stocks, do you have any suggestions on how to properly outsource that for optimal peace of mind and return on investment?

Answer:
Ask for referrals from your network. Then investigate each of the best recommendations. Do your due diligence. And then test the waters, but be able to change your position if it is not right for you. It's just like hiring staff - Hire slow, fire fast. I also highly recommend reading Mark Ford's Palm Beach Letter.

Q: Cb, thanks for the q&a. This has been a real eye opener. Question: I have 100's of ideas, what's the best way to focus on one and grow that idea into something great?

Answer:
