CURE the Winter Blahs (how-to article)

Time to leave Colorado and head back to Toronto. I just got my butt kicked by the altitude here when trying to do some incline sprints on the treadmill. I topped out at 10 incline and 8.5mph for 45 second intervals. That's well below my best fitness level.

While I was down in Colorado, I researched how to cure the winter blahs. Here's the article:

Today's Kickbutt Mindset Tips:
If you're struggling, keep hustling. Keep taking at least one big action step each day. Never stop. Never even think of giving up. Ask your network for social support. Someone has the answer you need.

"Let others lead small lives, but not you. Let others argue over small things, but not you. Let others cry over small hurts, but not you. Let others leave their future in someone else's hands, but not you." —Jim Rohn

People want to be involved with other confident people who are doing big things, being positive & powerful. Do something great today.
