Today's awesome workout...everything just felt right...

Hang Clean, box jumps, Deadlift, Glute ham raise, hanging leg raises.

Yesterday's metabolic resistance training circuit:
Metabolic circuit for a client today: Goblet Squat, pushups, Narrow stance goblet squat. 5 rounds of 20
reps per exercise. 30 seconds rest between rounds.
