Favorite Abs Exercise

I had a great workout today of squats, lower body, and abs. Currently, my favorite abs exercise is the
kneeling strap extension that can be done with a TRX or Jungle Gym XT or any other set of straps or
rings.

Craig,

I'm currently torn between two different ab exercises: hanging leg raises and kneeling ring extensions using EXF rings.

How do you think ring extensions compare to abs wheel roll-outs?
