Back to the Gym

Back to the gym today. Deadlift workout before a busy day of writing.

Today's workout:

1A) Sumo Deadlift
1B) Box Jumps (I was slow on these today)

2A) BB Split Squat
2B) Glute Ham Raise

3A) McGill Ab Curl
3B) Ball Leg Curl
