Muscle Building, Fat Burning TT Workout

This is a classic TT Workout that doesn't get as much notice as it should.

It's the November 2007 Gain Muscle Lose Fat workout.

I'm going to check that out, Craig...looks good. Always enjoyed your old school ones. The downward dog...reminds me of a yoga move I did last Monday. Very good stretching move.
