Gain Muscle Lose Fat Workout

Craig - Due to some lifestyle/family changes going on, I'm shifting workouts to completely at home instead of gym. Do I really have a prayer of maintaining/building chest muscle without DB bench presses? No adjustable bench at home. Mainly stuck with various push ups and dips. Any ideas?
Thanks
Jay

Jay, if you can do dips, that should keep your chest muscle, as well as decline pushups, and work your way to 1 arm pushups.
