How to Beat Peer Pressure at Parties

Tis the season to be surrounded by people who give you a hard time for wanting to make healthy choices at holiday parties...

AND...

Without a doubt, one of the most difficult things about losing fat is eating in social situations.

The peer-pressure (from both the ignorant and immature) is the toughest test of your commitment.

BUT...

If you want to succeed, you have to lay the ground rules. There is no room for debate. You are either in or you are out.

And you might just surprise some folks when you show them that life can go on if you don't overeat at Christmas parties with them.

SO...

Be LOUD and PROUD of the healthy choices you are making.

Because I promise you, there are dozens of folks you know who are SECRETLY wishing that someone would stand up and be a healthy role model for them...

...someone who would show them the way to eating better and exercising for health and fat loss.

And they don't want to wait till January 1st, either.

They want and need help NOW!

You can be that role model to them.

It might not happen overnight, but if you continue to lead by healthy example - without preaching or being condescending - you can build an entourage of social support and people who want to be healthy like you.

This will build powerful relationships that will take your health and fat loss to the next level.

Build your Entourage for fat loss!

I want you to understand something...

People are counting on YOU!

They need you to stand up and be a healthy role model. That will give them courage to do the same. And more and more people will choose health and vitality over junk food and sluggish living.

We'll all have more energy and an easier time losing weight when we have social support.

And if you want powerful PROOF of real life results of social support, then just stop by the 3rd TT Transformation Results forum here:
