Monday Workout

Good weekend of rest and back to quality training, or so it should have been but the workout sucked for a few reasons.

1) 1-Board Bench (295)

2a) Squat (3x6) - 335
2b) Incline DB Bench (3x12)

3) Squat (225 for reps)

4a) trap bar RDL (225x3x10)
4b) kb snatch (1x10)

Not a good one.

Next week is a recovery week,
