1A) Close-grip Pushup (3xMax)
1B) Chinup (3x12)

2A) 1-Arm DB Curl (3x6)
2B) Tri Pressdown (3x20)

3A) DB Pullover (3x15)
3B) Standing Cable Crunch (3x20)
