Friday's Fun Upper Body Workout Routine


Workout Routine

Friday's are always the fun, upper body-bodybuilding type workout routine...

Right before the workout, I trained a female client whose goal is one chinup in the next 4-weeks. I think she'll be able to get more than that shortly...and then we'll turn her training program into a TT for Women report.

Here's my training session:

1A) DB Shoulder Press (4x8)
1B) Pull-ups (3x8)
2A) DB Incline Curls (3x8)
2B) Tri Pressdown (3x12)
3A) DB Preacher Curls (3x8)
3B) Dips (1x15)
4) BB Shrug (3x8)

This workout can be tough on the shoulders, so I made sure to warm up extensively with Y&T movements, light presses, and pulldowns.
